Not all the prices of our items are negotiable but every offer is considered, so feel free to submit your desired price through our contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The costs of delivery will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. Please insert your destination country at checkout to receive the shipping quote. We ship worldwide and delivery costs will be applied at checkout. For some destinations it is necesarry to request a custom shipping quote, as will be stated on the checkout screen. In this case, please contact us to receive one.

For orders including large and heavy items, we work with a professional packaging and delivery company specialized in furniture transport to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your item(s).

Our lamps or other smaller items will be shipped tracked & traced through express insured courrier service. Please select ‘track & trace’ option during checkout.

Don’t want to pay for shipping? Every order can be picked up at our Antwerp location. Please select ‘free pick-up’ option at checkout. Pick-up instructions will follow through email.

Payment methods and Delivery Times

 

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank trasfer and cash payment at pick up.

We can make no guarantee of shipment time for large and heavy items, but orders within the EU are usually fulfilled within 5-14 days. For questions regarding our shipment policy or for shipment durations, please contact us at store@intro-verso.com or give us a call at +32476861641.

Returns

Please note that vintage items are not sold as new and are likely to show signs of wear. To protect our Customers from disappointment or the unexpected, we strongly encourage them to closely inspect item photos, descriptions, and details before purchasing anything. Goods can be returned up to 5 days after recievement. To initiate a return, please send us a message at: store@intro-verso.com and we will assist you in the process. The Customer is responsible for paying return delivery costs (unless in the case of goods damaged in transit). Once the item is returned in the same condition, we will confirm receipt and refund the Customer. If an item is returned damaged, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process the refund. All items are inspected on return.

Import duties

If you order Goods from our site, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
